We will not be taking any orders as of December 20th and as of December 15th all orders require Express Shipping.

Will my children receive the same Santa letter since they live in the same house?

No! Our Santa letters are all personalized. They ultimately depend on your selection and personalization.

Standard Shipping: All letters require standard shipping up till December 15th. Standard Shipping fee starts at $3.95 - $6.95 per letter.
Express Shipping: All letters require express shipping starting December 15th. Express Shipping fee starts at $9.99 - $14.99 per letter.

With all the decorations, Christmas carols, gift wrapping, and spending time with family and friends, we thought the holidays should be topped off with a letter from Santa, just to make it that much more memorable and magical for the little ones, (or for your significant other, your friends' children, or even your pets!). The best thing about the holidays is to watch a child's face glow with happiness and surprise. Every letter we send is carefully hand personalized with attention to every detail.

Unlike other similar companies, our letters and certificates are actually posted to your child from the North Pole and that is the post mark they will see on the envelope.
